Should Ritalin Be banned from the server with accounts locked

Are we ok with Ritalin taking over Burnt's FB group page based on Ritalin's reasoning for why he did it, or do we believe Burnt is the owner of the FB group and nobody has the right to take it from him. That's the basic question here.

I fixed it to remove comment required. Would rather not have more "no ban tk instead comments."

I'd say Ritalin definitely shouldn't be banned from the server/forum as he didn't break any server/forum rules and didn't make any harm for the server/forum.
According to stealing the group page - I think I should refuse to comment as i have no enough information about Burnt's and others involvement.
