Updated forum topics when logging in

The idea was to let people see some important news appears on the forum. Even if they never visited it.
As soon as forum is the main place to publish any news.

I agree this wall of text could be pointless, i'd apply some filter, like "important topics", "announcements", etc, i just don't know what to filter.
