Good at math solving?

Here's a logic question I found somewhere. (Took me abit and, gotta admit, with feedback of others also trying to figure out :P.)
Let's see if there are any brainers in here :P
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Once upon a time, Albert Einstein was approached by one of his students with the following math problem:

Two math class friends are walking on the street when one of them asks the other:

- You know I have 3 daughters?
To which his friend replies:
- Oh! Really? And how old are they?

From that moment, the proud father explains that the product of the ages of his 3 daughters is thirty six and, oddly enough, the sum of all three girl's ages is exactly the home address number of his friend.
His friend thinks for awhile... and after a couple of minutes exclaims with a gesture of bewilderment:
- But... I'm missing information!
To which his friend replies:
- True!!! Forgot to mention that the eldest plays the piano!

Would you, respected reader, find out the ages of the daughters of our seasoned math father, and the number of the home address of his friend?  They say Einstein didn't took long.
