Trouble downloading war2

Hi, I have been able to download war2 in the past from the computer I am currently using. However, every time I have tried it recently, the download "can not complete" or it gets interrupted. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

I had to disable Avast web protection in order to download, so it might be your antivirus that is blocking the download. Try disabling it and see if it helps. Also the download page is not working correctly right now so did you try to download it straight from http://ftp.war2.ru/war2/?
