Players unable to connect to the mail server?

I'm getting messages from a couple players most notably -

TWN-Cancel and Claw informing that with the new fixes they are unable to connect to the server. @iL
Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

What new fixes do you mean? war2mod or anything else?
And why you are talking about the MAIL server?

Maybe my DDOS protection banned them or what?

Could you please give some more details what happens on connection?
