occult.war2.ru not working?

Hey... I wanted to check some things about war2 to give some advices to my friend about the game (he doesnt know english really well), and i knew there was occult.war2.ru for it....
But for some reason i cant get in...
It just gives me "error" message with:

403 Forbidden
Request forbidden by administrative rules.

Does anyone know what happened to it?
