For the TennisBall ss, it's clear that he's using Paladins to make the whole screen visible.  It's not hacks.

What kinda hackish macro job.... I've never actually tried such a dumb idea.  Is it even reasonable to pull that off without a macro?  Holy vision does last a good time,  but thats a lot of freakin clickin right in the middle of a heated game lol.  But you're right.  It does say "not enough mana" which would lend itself to maybe it was holy vision (although it could have been heal as well).  I dont see a 5th player anywhere on the minimap that they may have been lookin for.  Makes more sense to vision just the mines looking for exps rather than every single section of the minimap lol.  I suppose they could also be looking for hidden temples and what not also but based on the minimap, I dont see any evidence that there was some.

I guess patrolling blimps arent a thing anymore :/  Just make a macro for holy vision instead?  lol

It's not that hard, you just need a lot of paladins, vision stacks up and stays on if you do it fast enough. It's fully possible to do without macro.

Hum,

I don't think change game this much is good. I would love to try to give paladins movement speed upgrade, so they can outrun bloodlust. I think that would be a really interesting game play. Maybe give them just a small attack upgrade in the same time. Everything else just the same Would be fun to see how a change like this would play out...

Hum, I think it's harder to get players to - no farms. I think the 1s chop map pack I made with a set of maps is more challenging, fun and similar to real chop than the chop 1s map that has been played earlier in this league. But you have to play 5 maps to complete it, so maybe too long for a tournament with so many matches...

Also you named them like w3 maps, there are better maps made by nedro than your copies from w3

Unfortunate I don't have time to play. iL is not playing either, still he contributes to the server. We all have different skills and interests. I see a need for better more balanced 1v1 maps, I just try to help make the community better. I believe that there is more to get from 1v1 than we got today. I'm happy Nedro is making good maps, you should give them a try in competitive play too!

And you are not even playing

Who're "we" you Smeagol or something? Stop the hate, I made the maps they not same as WC3. They exists in many RTS.

Well I started to drop too frequently, after 3-4 minutes in game.
Dropped about 5-7 times for the last few days.

Any solutions?

You are dropping with drop screen. The weird drops I've seen is sudden drops without drop screen. I think most likely you got an issue at your end Droid :/

I haven’t been on war2 in ages. I recently discovered the changes you made and absolutely love them! You may have surpassed Djinkhan himself!!! (Although he made 2 awesome puzzle maps)…..

I like you’re making the extra features optional as I find them distracting while playing.


Would it be possible to record war2 actions and behavior like chess moves??  Would be interesting to simulate certain players game play and see if AI could develop a winning pattern for gays or just game play & Strategy in general….. Would be interesting if AI could analyze thousands of war2 games and beat Swift & SG in 1on1…. Team play AI would even be interesting to watch vs Szwagier, Swift, 00tony & Player...


Also, would it be easier to reverse engineer war2 or start from scratch to add a 3rd race?
