As far as the Russian community goes I can’t speak much to as the Russians are a sub set of the war2 community that I don’t manage.

I read Ragner’s first post and skipped the others as they were very long.
I received multiple PM’s from players complaining they didn’t want Ragner being an admin after he posted about cheating. After talking to IL and Misreal we decided to remove his admin rights as he wasn’t actually doing anything admin related on the server.
I do not “ban” people from the server. The last person to receive an actual ban was Alex Trebek which was later removed after he posted on the forum apologizing and requesting it be lifted.
While there are instances I have locked players accounts temporarily nobody has been prevented from playing on the server in the past 5 years even if they are thought to be cheating.

most people have more than 1 monitor in 2025. Thus SS is obsolete.
