Title: the mod update

added new triggers game mode - same as if game hosted from channel.
if map have triggers - using them, else - enables game mode from old war2mod plugin (heroes, runestones and etc).

added new double race game mode - same as default war2 but TH can make peon AND peasant.

and fixed some old bugs...

fixed /obs me command
