www.videolan.org/vlc to get streams besides flash try this :) click on the download icon by names  3000 rate :/ im still 1.5. >:( ;)

i think u can even stream with it.

it can crop and aspect ratio lots of options so u dont have to rely* on the streamer.

it can even slow the speed down so a low bandwith user like me can still watch :o and record.
