you know how works disconnect? right? that mean you can lose your speed for few seconds and you will drop from game, are you in server after drop?

You allow everything here, people can do what they want, so making game name when it "hurt" russians doesnt mean he should be banned and its too late to add rules like that, you could do that maybe in 2010, so some people would not left this server due bad behavior players
