Unable to download combat edition

Hello guys  , i been trying to access the war2.ru download section to install combat edition however everytime i try to open the site of says server is down due to maintenance or downtime capacity i been getting this error for few days now and it's starting to become really annoying  how long will this error last? It's pausing my mod development process
