ok so new patch drops me all the time.
but this one has been my favorite:
watching in shotguns game, 3v3 shotgun and i were watchers
i started 8. but did not have my own vision.
ended up dropping about 2 mins in
this new patch is causing havok and makes playing here impossible.

were watchers? they set you to obs in lobby? if yes then its ok cuz obs not have units so there is no where for you to get vision) but you should have had vision from all other players.
dunno about drops. There was some bugs, but got fixed 4-5 days ago.

do i need a later version of war2 or something?
do i need to load it differently?

Maybe try testing these server-side patches on a backup PvPGN before implementing on .ru? Making .ru unplayable will discourage newcomers.

ok so i played a handful of games the other day without a problem
colors and obs were used.. no issues
it appears im only crashing when certain people host. not all of them..
could they have a weird version thats not getting along with me?

ooohh yes there CAN be problem when certain ppl host AND they use teams or obs new things.
because all info being send through chat (i still cannot find a way to send it with other way)
so if you not receive their messages but other players receive then you can drop yes.
as i know you will not receive message of other player if you /ignore him.
I dunno maybe if player who hosted game /ignore you then maybe they will not send mgs to you too?
so maybe drop happen cuz you not recive info from host how he setup commands

Maybe send data to web server instead?
