normal map editor cannot modify manacosts
cuz they are hardcoded
use triggers editor instead

Also, in a game someone went obs and their allies all left.  The obs person was still there and the game didn't end.  Anyway to fix that?
if he not want to leave himself then use "/remove" on him

now host cannot use at all
ony player themself can use /obs me
no need ally or someting
comps will give viz automatically
but u not get viz from players, so u will be able to see only your team, so enemy players from other team can give viz then if they want
and main thing, when you use /obs me = you surrendered (like as if u leave the game) so you will get defeat in stats at end of game (regardles who win)
only people who was obs from start (from lobby) will get auto viz from all players and should get draw or win at end of game

so this makes impossible to abuse for host
and players can be obs in middle of game if they want (but considered like surrender)

Cuz otherwise palette breaked
Ids are from 0 to 13 (or 16 maybe)
Just try them 1 by 1

1) /obs and /remove now can get numbers too instead of colors (red=1,blue=2 and etc...)

2) player can write "/obs me" to become obs

3) fixed lags and big cpu usage when playing with opengl and HD patch
(I was making too many screen redraws. Fois found this probleme not long ago)

now i hope everyone can be happy :)

I checked.
They drop cuz they not rejoined server after update. So they was still playing on old version.

1) now /obs only working first 2 min of game (maybe host forgot to make obs someone in lobby)

2) now /remove only working for OBS or AI (cuz in first place this command was meant for removing lagging/not leaving OBS cuz otherwise u will not be able to find and kill him as normal)
(and comps will not complain about removing them obviously)

3) fixed some crashes (maybe?)

well actually for now it is possible to launch cinematics with triggers
its just old campanign and we prob will not be editing it anymore.
u can add them urself if u want.
just use triggers editor prog https://forum.war2.ru/index.php?topic=6242.0
change trigger "victory" to "victory+video"
