Title: Added https://ftp.war2.ru, downloads should be fixed in all browsers

Added SSL to ftp.war2.ru page, to let new browsers (like chrome or others) download files from the ftp site.

Now you can use ftp: // ftp.war2.ru
Also http://ftp.war2.ru (http://ftp.war2.ru)
Also https://ftp.war2.ru (https://ftp.war2.ru)

Let me know if something goes wrong when you try to download something: your browser and what you try to download.
