"Pineapple Summer" forest tileset

The goal was to allow most of the winter and wasteland sprites to be able to be swapped into the forest tileset.

Still have to remap some colours in the palette and sprites, there are ten or more unused colours in each palette to work with.

If there is any interest I will finish up the mod and post an installer.
