Look into it more!

You should go for 2-4 weeks, it's safe, but just be aware of how you feel. The 3rd day mark is actually when it gets easy.
Add green, red teas, honey, lemon, ginger tea with cinnamon roles, a pinch of salt here and there.
Eat clean before, after. You can do low intensity, but prolonged training, but no lifting.

Stop pretending that you care about the players.
