In case we have 39 players or less, there will be no Tier 4 playoffs.
In case we have 31 players or less, tournament will be postponed.
so if there will come 31 players and someone who preregistered player will not come cause something, tournament will be postponed to?? not logic, you play tournament even if there will be 16 players

you know how works disconnect? right? that mean you can lose your speed for few seconds and you will drop from game, are you in server after drop?
