I think is a good idea to follow blizzard changes . But needs to be implemented slowly like replacing that rebalance mode for this one first leaving like an option.

We don’t know which changes they are still up to do right know. Better to wait before fully change here. My opinion.

No its not a good idea, because alot of things dont make sens, like the nerf on blizzard mage or the cost of dragons. I dont say everything is bad, but if we add everything that dont make sens like these 2 exemple its gonna be a mess.

If we do things like this we gonna end up with a broken game pretty quick.

Instead we should just focus on rebalance like we have always planned, but we never did, they give us rebalance and never work on it anymore, its gonna be almost 5 years rebalance never had an update, but the moment blizzard do a patch, they find skills to copy it in 1 night for u8... Like are you kidding me...

If peoples dont play rebalance its because it's bad from the start, no one want to repair catapult, you want peoples to play rebalance, then give it some love, work harder on it and talk with the community to know exactly what is the best. And like i said, BUFF THE FIRE BALL ON MAGE!!!

But seriously, why would you do that, keep that thing as an option game mode, just like rebalance, and instead to focus on what blizzard do, make better with rebalance.

If its the same as blizzard why i would not go play at blizzard instead? The only reason why i would play here its because it's better than blizzard.

Do we really want a mage that cant blizz anymore? What we want is a mage that obliterate 6 ogers in almost one shot with a fire ball.

I always respected EQ for voice commentary & camera something that I need in U8 streams, at least voice! (nobody gives a shit about Polish accent).

Thanks man, but camera will never happen again, exactly because of Maciek and Ragner, i was using camera so peoples can have a decent stream like every other games on twitch, but when some peoples start to take pictures of you trying to insult you, they cross the line of no comming back.

You are saving vods when you beat me, thats even more funny special when you cant saving vod when its 1v1 where map is empty, where are no diffrent opponents, only in team games

There no vods to save because you dont deserve to play against a legit and respectable player like me, no one should play you 1v1, period.

90% of this server hacks, 1v1 are jokes.

I bet you all happy that remastered is a waste, now you can keep hacking freely here, good job, you guys win again.

Im good with alot of peoples, just not with bad human.

Twice from 5 vs 4, i even beat you once from s9 vs 9 in a 1v3, im sure you remember it, dont you?

Everytime you join a game where i am, you end up beat like a doll and you rage log.

Between all the pro this server has, your clearly the worst, only reason why you beat them is because you play human and put early pressure on them and they fall into your trap, but i dont, you got good early games vs fraud because you got decent units control with your european ping, you also love to abbuse tower bugs and some other cowards strategies like walling peoples inside their base, but not vs me, you also have a weak mid game and your late games is totally garbage.

Your general raiting is lookin like this.

Tier1+: Early game
Tier2: Mid game
Tier5: Late game

While other pros look like this:

Tier1: Early game
Tier1: Mid game
Tier1: Late game

You beat them because sadly most of them cant even reach the mid and late game because of the early game, but in general, they all better than you.

And by the way the only reason why i dont play tournament is because i dont encourage non serious tournament and i will never do it, these tournament are jokes, for jokes peoples, i will play tournament when it will be in a good way and it will be respectable.

You have been fill with priviledge your entire life over everyone else in the community. You where editing the multiplayer MPQ on live stream.

You have been the most popular streamer for the last 5 years and everything you did was showing everyone how there no consequences about editing the mpq yourself in multiplayer usage.

What an exemple for the decency of this server. 

While that sever needed some decency and some exemple you did the entire opposite.

You can say whatever you want, but Ragner clearly show us that hacking is an easy thing in here, he show us that he can open software to see everyone position gold and woods, he show us that everyone can have these software from 90's forum.

Someone years ago even show us that he even can control the client of other peoples while we are in game.

Maybe you even control units of other peoples while they play with the 2 ogers head mode, do you have fun? I would not be surprise at all, seing my units running everywhere for no reason all the time.

Maybe you add some hiding attack and some hidding defense to your catapults?! Or grunts? Just like in rebalance mode! Who know??! No one, but we all know and agree that you edit the MPQ and you think its all good, it's not a problem right?!

I just cant imagine what peoples like you can do right now by having free acces to our MPQ.

You and swift are the reason why iL remove our anti-hack, because both of you have been caught log in on the server with unknow version of the source code mpq.

Did you suggest iL to delete or move the anti hack into the flame war like you do with your little slave tora, i mean, while we talk about culture.

Not sure that was the discussion eq, but the tours that I host are always sponsored by Tora yes, but brackets are random (except a group tournaments where I said I’m asvance would be seeds), I even used to streamed the brackets to avoid people complain. Actually the only person who always complain when he participate is Theboy.

Also I don’t concentrate prize in a first place. Usually you will see top 8, top5…even top 10 I did Just to avoid the same people get all the prizes . You will note that I do 100/80/60 etc…some times equal prize first and second….lol not sure why you are blaming me. U8 plays 5-6 hours day that’s the only reason he can beat me.

Oh yeah, here again im the bad guy because i dint follow a topic that no one have follow anyway, there probably 14 post on this topic and 2 follow it, but sure im the only one out of topic here.

Now you can say whatever you want, but how much tournaments you and tora did have create? And how Much time u8 has been giving free pass to round 2? And how much tournament did u8 win? How much money did u8 win compare to everyone else??

All that while he should not even be able to participate in the first place, you literally have feed an hacker and a troll for the last 5 years, letting know everyone else its okay to hack the MPQ and you will even be paid for it, period, go back to feed him more free wins in your random map ladder.

Part of what makes RU fun for the player base is the toxic trash talking and trolling everyone does here. Thats part of the culture.
The USA player base will have to look for alternatives if they don’t like it.

you would have a very toxic sense of humor, if not the same people that actually enjoy that type of behavior.

The very first response, like from this Lance person, which I know nothing about except that he posts around sometimes, was just a random negative comment from a random cretin.

The same has happened to me with this character known as u8, that a lot of people feed his ego across this community and his stream.

Its obviously going to get people away from the game, if the same cretins that surround the game are having that type of attitude over and over and over again, in completely random situations. It's just repelent for a ton of people.

When I firstly played first few games on War2 russian server, i already got either banned by this "Selenity" player in server or few others trashtalking me or calling me a hacker by using mage-invisibility.

For like 2-3 years I was absent to play War2 multiplayer on russia because these same type of dudes, like the u8 person that is well known around. Its very obvious to me that these people don't make any favor to grow war2 popularity aside from increasing their own egos.

At least, in War2USA I wasn't aware to face some big cretin that was just there to feed his ego.

Be that as it may, it happens in other games as well, even with high popularity. But for the most casuals, it's of course not making any favor to the game. Even more if its on a "New game" like War2 remaster.

Don’t play on RU if you don’t like it.
We aren’t changing the culture to accommodate the War2USA community.

You dont speak at all for the community, you speak for a small part of this community that have power and decide for everyone else..

No one cares about RU, peoples hang where the community is, thats all, we are not here to please RU and your suppose culture.

I did comment that to have the website ladder showing in the in-game records. Not sure if possible and its secondary for the moment.

Let’s try to focus improving the primary things first like Good maps? Ranking working ? Games listing / updating in the website ? No crashes?

All the above should be easy to have working 100%.

I think your totally right, i do not cares about iron man ladder at all, for my part, i prefere we just focus on mistral ladder.

But i got one question.

Can we not use the ladder ranking inside the game itself instead of using a third tier party website??

Like we play the mistral ladder but the games goes directly into the integrate ladder into the game client server.

Because i remember iron ladder was there 20 years ago and mostly no one was playing it, because it was just bad, we had no control over this ladder and every season was the same season.

The random ladder mistral made is basicly an iron ladder, but at least we got control over it and we can bring new content to it.

What we can do with this ladder is way much more valuable then the iron ladder if we do the things properly.

But i must agree with shotgun on one thing, the fact that the ladder is already integrate into the game is way much better than having to goes on a third tier website.

Yeah its what i think too.

Another thing i must say, i try to make peoples play, and here the comments i got from now.

Bedibinx say he dont want to be force to play random, shotgun said map are bads.

And i think both of these affirmations goes togheter.

I think peoples will be willing to play random if all the maps are good, but it feel pretty bad when you must play a game and the map is really really bad, it just feel like you dont want to play the ladder at all.

Like right now, there one good map ( old gow ) there 4 decent, and there 2 totally horrible that mostly everyone will be annoy with, Borean thundra and gow appocalypse.

The only decent in the new maps is Hexed valley and even there its a borring one, decent, but borring.

I think appocalypse gow could be fun, i like the idea, but its just not work properly, the idea is great, the result not that much.

Borean thundra is just a real nightmare, these little paths everywhere just make the game pretty annoying, must avoid all these kind of maps at all cost.

I know i seem a little bit critics, but thats the probleme with random maps, every map must be a winner, you cant let slip some bad maps, or the entire ladder became borring, all of these maps must be good or at least decent.

We must be smart with the maps we choose, not just throwing random map because it look good or its the first ones we see.

Random not really mean random, random mean random in a perfect pool.

I know peoples have tendacy to think i hate when i give my opinion because im always honnest and contreversal, but there no hate here.

Just opinion that i think will bring more interess for peoples.

1: If we make a new ladder, remove the actual ladder first, i know some peoples want to keep this ladder for their bragging rights, but no one cares, at the end its just too complicated to have 2 ladder at the same time, even if one dosent work, just remove it.

2: Im all in with the ramdon map, i think in general peoples would like this, the only problem here, is, you throw us this maps like that the day 1 and you tell us here the ladder.. Before throwing maps that peoples dont know, you must let us know the map in advance before the ladder start, so peoples can pratice those maps before the ladder start. No one is interess to play a ladder if they dont even know the map yet, its like learning the map at same time of doing the ladder, it mean nothing at this point, so before season start, it would be better to present us the map pool selection. Here my idea, when a new season start, release 2x 7 map selection, one for the actual ladder, but also one for the future next season.. So peoples can play the ladder but they also can pratice the next season in normal games and learn the map before new season release.. If you dont want to do that way, release them at least 2 week befores the next season start.

3: Like i said, im all in with the random maps, but right now and especially for this season, i think you should just let peoples take whatever map they want, server is not really strong right now, and i think we must make sure peoples play the map they want for the moment, later when we will be ready and more peoples play the ladder we will switch for random if its required.

4: Random or low medium ressources is not a priority at all, i dont think peoples want to play these ressources at all, it's like water map, its a minority, and the majority dont want to be annoy by it, you should just remove these ressources period, if peoples want to play low or medium or whatever they will do it themself in a aggrement, but in general, everything should be high.

5: It's nice to show us the maps with images like you just did, but let's be honnest, we dont see anything bro, try to figure a way to make these maps images bigger and without a tag in middle of it, the goal of the images is to see the images properly so we can learn them, if we dont see nothing, there no reason to post it at all in that case.

6: Money is always a great prize, but the ultimate prize for everyone are the icons, you guys must work on something to give peoples some rewards other then money, if i was you, i would remove everyone master and grand master tag and legend tag. At the end of every season i will give back these icon to the 10 first position.

Number 1: Legend.
Number 2, 3, 4, 5, Grand Master.
Number 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Master.

And at the end of every season you re-organize the icons to their new proper owners.

I know you guys are stick to keep everything the server did in the last 20 years, but its actually the reason why peoples dont cares about this game, because when they came here and they see rewards are stock in the past, they dont feel like there any rewards for them anymore.

If someone is immature and mad at the point that he think an icon belong for him forever, then just too bad go play something else.

This server should not be taken in hostage by a bunch of ego maniak who think they deserve an icons for ever because they think they are neo in the matrix.


At the end thanks for the work and effort, but i think it still need some work and organization, still thanks.
