Support Requests / cant play games with more then 1 player

Hi,

I quit playing 4 years ago because I can't play games on war2.ru.

-When i play 1v1 it's fine.
-When there are more persons in the game I lag, or the game can't even be started.

Is there a way to fix this?

I have windows 8.1 64bit

I tried applying the Holepunch. I have 'hp' behind my name.

[edit] I had to reboot my router after i forwarded the port, apperantly that worked! [/edit]

Thanks for the tutorial. Still not working though.

What am i doing wrong?

I do have a 'real' ip

First of, i don't care much for stats, the ladder etc.
But can i get this guy banned? He discs when he loses and is an asshole on the server. We have rules for both of that.

I played him 1v1 on gow ef. He was being anoying entire time cause he thinks he is so great. Telling me how new i am, how i suck etc. Don't care if he does that, but discing is a bit low. Afterwards he say's: 'sorry didnt feel like you earned a victory'.
