I think you have to be considered good, I dont think there is a way to win them. Youre along way off from being able to be considered.

Peon scouting in 1s from any spot other than 11 or s9 puts you massively behind. But yes scouting is still the most important part of war2 and all RTS.

If you lose your last unit you should not be automatically obs'd. You should be kicked from game.
Also I believe it causes games to crash, seems to happen a lot after someone is auto obs'd lots of other players get dropped
