Not exactly,
firstly we should check who uses which version and why.

But yes, our possible task could be to eighter close all the other versions or to mark them as "improper" in chat.

I don't like to hard close anyone, just to warn them.
It will be more intelligibly than to get a strange error...

I switched vesrioncheck on several days ago, then your stealthbot had to be updated:
You should make W2BN directory into your stealthbot and copy 3 files there:
battle.snp storm.dll "Warcraft II BNE.exe"
as described here: http://war2.warcraft.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25511

Were there any other problems? Let me know that.
I have plans to switch vesrioncheck on permanently, so, let me know if you have any problems with any of your client versions.

Yes, this problem is still active for several months, just no ideas what can it be.
Some people joins fine, some have such problems.

Let me know details:
- did they ever join games created by gamebot or it never worked for them? Is the problem permanent or appears from time to time?
- what do they see for /ping gamebot ? What country are they located in? The reason could be eighter a port forwarding or really a low latency to gamebot host.

Do you have contact with them? You can invite them here, you will be able to play between frenchies at least and keep your own subculture

1. set your timezone.
- click "profile"
- then put your mouse to "modify profile" - click "look and layout":


- then click "(auto detect)" in time offset section:


- click "change profile" button below and enjoy.

2. set your language.
- put your mouse to "profile", click "account settings".
- then select "Preferred Language" you want.
- click "change profile" button below and enjoy.
The forum also asks for your language during the registration process now.
