Maybe this RKN but i have fix to russians (for 1s and just talking) :
1. Download zapret (from github bolvan)
2. Open general 11.bat (for MTS thats good) (test from service.bat - 11. Run tests (http) and set all configs. after diagnostics u see the best one)
3. Zapret we get for Cloudflare warp (and plus u can use discord and youtube)
4. Download from 1.1.1.1 website cloudflare warp
5. Then ON it for private conection.
6. after u can: route -p add 45.33.94.234 mask 255.255.255.255 HERE IP FROM CLOUDFLARE (for find it write: route print and u see) -->

nah             nah          *X*     172.16.0.2        AND SET THIS *X* TO (HERE IP FROM CLOUDFLARE) and its go like route -p add 45.33.94.234 mask 255.255.255.255 X
