Title: is it possible to change 'senario objecives' on a custom pud?

i made this post cause i was making a campaign thing but all i have is the maps :-\ :-\ :-\ :wc2: :peon: :peon:

Not really... you can be creative tho. You could potentially do this if you replaced the campaigns in the mpq, but even then you'd need to look for more stuff than that probably. I don't think it's worth the effort to be honest!
You'll be better off imitating your objectives somehow, and giving some manual in text files. ("Don't kill the last grunt walled in your base, until  you've built a castle on the main enemy island"... or smth)
FYI, there was a program that can enable/disable units in a pud and change projectiles etc... I believe it's called wardraft, but not sure.

In mutliplayer its impossible,

In singleplayer yes but  you can switch mission objective, not sure about create new

There's a few hacked/cracked editors the most popular is called War2xed. It can be annoying to use but it is a very good editor and once you get used to it, it's not that bad to use. I made a 128x128 map in War2xed where I had to click every single box on a 128x128 grid, 1000's of clicks, it can be monotonous. Good editor though.

This will be added in War2 Combat 4.7
Wait for updates. ))
Videos shows some new possibilities that will be added.
There will be SC1 like triggers that built in pud map.
