Unfortunately ukraine was being torn between the east and west so that there was no way everyone could win.  im surprised russia actually invaded and dont really care about the guys being thrown out of power in ukraine but it's not good for ordinary Folkses.

i had little understanding of politics when we invaded iraq and afghanistan. Naive to the corruption. I started forming those opinions while in iraq. Both wars built on lies. I dont support any war. It's not a solution to anything productive for humanity as a whole.

I mean ever since a democratically elected leader got deposed by euro-loving kiev residents and meddling US ambassadors -- for the crime of trying to take a superior russian trade deal instead of onerous imf loans mind you -- things have been going down a bad track.  the recent talk of joining NATO was clearly a red line.  but that doesn't mean the war owns or that lots of innocent peolpes lives arent being upended.  It's naive to think there is nothing worth picking up arms for, but at the same time it's also always best to avoid violence and upheaval where possible.
